The European Fleet & Product (EFP) Last Mile team within Amazon Logistics is looking for a Sr. Strategic Vendor Manager to manage a key supplier/partner relationship and drive growth and performance to support Amazon's ambitions to grow its own fleet of Last Mile delivery vans across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the rapidly growing EFP team responsible for Amazon branded vehicles used for Last Mile deliveries across Europe.

In this role you will manage the partner relationship across multiple countries, oversee performance and develop performance improvement initiatives to support the rapid growth of Amazon's branded delivery vehicle fleet.
You will be a self-starter, diving in to details and initiating projects to optimize and help scale.
You will be comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute solutions, always keeping in mind the interests of AMZL growth ambitions.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage partner relations across multiple countries in Europe.
- Establish relationships and drive negotiations to help address the growing needs of AMZL fleet.
- Develop a deep knowledge of overall landscape, associated processes and risks to scaling the fleet capabilities.
- Participate in day-to-day operational aspects of fleet management, including gathering and addressing customer feedback, and leading business improvement initiatives.
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems
- Solve ambiguous problems and effectively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers
- Manage several competing priorities ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders whilst maintaining a plan for less urgent matters
- Regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
