**JOB UNIT NAME: PROCESS SOLUTIONS, SPECIALTIES**
**LOCATION (CITY/COUNTRY): GREATER CHINA**
**JOB PURPOSE**
This role is responsible for (i) Maintenance and (ii) Improvement of efficient, globally consistent sustainable processes for the assigned key business operations process(es) in a group of ERP Sub-Domains.
Defines the globally standard business KPIs, policies, processes, and master data objects for the process areas in alignment with the group of Sub-Domains in the Scout ERP system.
This role owns Scout business process management, masterdata management, authorization and training processes for the group of ERP Sub
- Domains related Business Functions in the Specialties SBU, and is accountable for securing and deployment of governance process.
This role provides leadership for Process & Data Solutions interdependencies between ERP Sub-Domains including coordination with business/functional leaders in the Regions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Foster and create awareness with business/functional leaders of integrated understanding within and between sub-domains to maintain Data Integrity and Data Quality in support of overall Business Process integrity.
Document Process & Data Solutions of ERP Domain.
Identify improvement opportunities.

Lead project definition, scope and delivery in cooperation with global stakeholders (Business functions, Program Management, Improvement Projects).
Align on global and regional project priorities and deployment with Program Management.
Establish relationship with relevant IT and Corporate Service Providers and optionally external consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution and delivery.

Oversee Talabi/SSRS requests, prioritze, plan and assess impact on group of ERP Sub-Domains and required management-of-change.
Assess potential impact on group of ERP Sub-Domains of programs driven by IT and/or Corporate Service functions.

"PEOPLE / KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT:
Builds, inspires and motivates a professional team, grows the talents and evaluates performance as well as coaches on career paths.
Provide leadership to Process & Data Solutions Specialists as well as Power Users focused on knowledge sharing to drive process excellence in the end-user community.
Own and maintain training material for the group of ERP Sub-Domains; lead the training execution through network of Specialist and Power Users.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- BS Degree.
MBA preferred
- Attendance in development programs in areas to include: IT, supply chain, leadership, and strategic planning
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT/ System Solutions/ Project Management/ Commercial/Supply Chain or related functions
- Experience in implementation of ERP projects / Business Process Improvements.
- Experience in leading small (virtual) teams and in working in (virtual) organizations with members located in different geographic regions and with different cultural backgrounds.
- Understanding of ERP processes and levers.
- Strong understanding of SAP and Scout.
- Excellent demonstrated project management and process design skills.
- Strong communications skills with proven ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead in a matrix environment.
- Ability to deal with language and cultural differences related to international operations.
- Strong record of delivering impact and achieving results.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Effective recruitment and development of people and teams.
