Position SummaryThe Employee is responsible for the execution of the commercial strategy of the territory to achieve the objectives of annual turnover of all assigned product lines of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division.The sales manager leads different Go To Market models through a mix organization including sales agents and direct sales reps.
The employee should federate every member of the team and should continuously improve their skills and ensure their appropriate contribution.Main Activities / ResponsibilitiesExecute sales strategies to meet plan and expand business within assigned territory; maintain pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectivesAchieve quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings and revenues of the territorySet up and execute dedicated sales activities metrics for sales reps and sales agents for the assigned PLs as for instance, weekly accurate forecast.Custom and track action plans, that support and ensure growth of the business through different GTM modelIn charge of monthly reporting like leads funnel and forecast using Companys tools and software.Ensure appropriate collaboration between sales team and other internal stakeholders (Technical Sales Specialist, Application Support, Services, Customer Service) to drive growth and ensure appropriate executionCreate external network with key customers of different market segments as well as authorities as a precondition for enduring profitable businessInteract at a strategic level with key business partners on internal and external issues to address the market needs and analysis.
Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services of interest to customers incorporating this data in thebusiness plan; Introduce new products and services.
Responsible to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/loyalty and escalate issues if necessary.Positively always represent Thermo Fisher Scientific throughout customer locations.

Proven experience with organizing and managing sales agents and/or sales team within a matrix organizationConfirmed experience and success in sales and contract negotiations in complex marketsAbility to identify and develop new market opportunities to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
