Xenon Group is currently searching for an elite business development professional: a Fanatical Prospector and an A Player with a demonstrated track record of exceeding not only activity but also outcome metrics.
Scope: This role is a quota-carrying position and requires an intense focus on high-velocity prospecting and developing new opportunities with senior executives in companies with an annual revenue of $250m.The ideal candidate will have B2B prospecting experience engaging with multiple personas from end-buyers to senior leaders.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and output goals.Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify prospective clients.Convert research into a messaging narrative that aligns to known and hypothesized buying triggers.Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.Identify the needs of prospective buyers.Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Xenon Group team leadership.Be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.Participate in discovery meetings.Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.Qualifications / Experience: Have 2 years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR / BDR.Have high proficiency in English within a business environment.Have been successful working for a U.S. based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects with a strong focus on cold calling.Experience with CRM and SEM software.Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Key Metrics: Meeting volume: eight to 10 new sales qualified leads per month.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be up to $34,000 On-Target Earnings ($24,000 base and $10,000 variable).
The final offer may be determined by several factors including but not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal team benchmarks.
