Sr Product R&D Engineer

We are looking for a great new team member in Milan: Sr Product R&D Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities: You will work on identifying new market opportunities and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.Develop product plans, roadmaps, and business cases.Work closely with R&D and Sales teams, while visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.In collaboration with Pricing and Sales Teams, develop product pricing and positioning strategies.Conduct competitiveness analysis and market data including prices, costs, and product cost evolution.Lead product project management - Coordination with Pricing, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to achieve milestones and project objectives.Assist sales team and customers with product technical support, product documents/presentations, and homologations.Identify ways to track product use and impact on end users.Participate in exhibition fairs, seminars, and technical forums.Who are we looking for? You have an engineering background; Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial are preferred.Previous experience with power electric product development.Knowledge of basic power cable technology - handling of cables, installation, and application.Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Ability to handle technical presentations for different product lines.
