About Oppizi Oppizi is a bootstrapped, profitable offline performance marketing platform helping businesses scale flyering campaigns with innovative tracking, integrations, and optimization solutions. We operate across 10 countries across North America, Europe, and Oceania, and we're proud to work with flagship clients like Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Getaround, Deliveroo, and DiDi. Our technology enables businesses to run different types of Flyering and Direct Mail campaigns. We're constantly innovating by building new channels to make offline marketing as measurable and scalable as online campaigns. We're on a mission to help businesses achieve measurable results through offline marketing. Now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a growth mindset to drive product-led initiatives and help shape our future. What We're Looking For We want a Senior Product Manager who can bring a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to our team. You'll need to focus on outcomes, drive measurable business impact, and help the company scale by partnering with the tech team to maintain high pacing and quality. You'll thrive at Oppizi if you: Have proven experience with product growth (activation, retention, LTV, unit economics, PLG) launching and successfully growing products. Have mastered product discovery, constantly talking to users, reducing risk, directing teams for success, and aligning with stakeholders. Know how to partner with tech teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery. Are data-driven and know how to measure the success of product changes. Are proactive, resourceful, energetic and focused on delivering real business impact. This is NOT a role for someone who just follows best practices without understanding the business context. We need someone who can own the outcomes and navigate the complexities of a bootstrapped environment. What You'll Do As a Senior Product Manager at Oppizi, you will: Lead growth-focused product initiatives, improving user adoption, retention, and LTV metrics. Improve the product experience and convenience by integrating with key partners and platforms. Collaborate with the tech lead to ensure the team maintains high pace and delivery quality. Use data, user feedback, and analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track product impact. Support Product-Led Growth strategies by ensuring the product itself drives adoption, engagement, and conversion rates. Align product efforts with company goals, ensuring each initiative delivers tangible business results. Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and reduce time to market. Be hands-on in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Help to guide other product team members towards success. Requirements What You Bring We're looking for someone who's done more than manage backlogs—you've driven real business impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Must-Have: 5 years of product management experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups. Experience in growth-focused product management, including activation, retention, and LTV metrics. Strong data skills—you understand key product metrics and know how to use them to guide decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset—you focus on outcomes, time to market, and ROI, not just delivering features. Proven ability to partner with tech leads to ensure efficient delivery and team pacing. Hands-on experience with PLG strategies (Reforge or ProductLed). Excellent communication skills—you can align stakeholders and simplify complex ideas; presenting your progress in front of an audience is your bread and butter. Experience with Jira, Figma and Slack - Basic day-by-day working stack. Nice to Have: Familiarity with integrations and API-based solutions. Experience with tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Pendo, or Mixpanel. Experience working with remote teams across different time zones. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus. Location & Timezone This is a remote role open to candidates in Europe or LatAm. We work in a European time zone which is non-negotiable and it's a requirement. Ex: If you are based in Spain, Italy or Portugal your normal work hours will be 9am-5pm. If you decide to apply from Brazil or Argentina, your work hours will be from 7am to 3pm. Benefits Why Oppizi?
