The Procurement Executive Food Beverage will be a proactive self-starter, responsible for designing, developing, and executing category strategies, negotiation plans, sourcing events, and distribution arrangements.
Building positive relationships with suppliers and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth in HSM spend and revenue will be key aspects of the role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for the designated category of spend within the specified functional area.Ensure procurement of products and services of established quality at the lowest total cost, in alignment with Hilton standards, operational needs, and purchasing best practices.Provide direct supervision and management to assigned reports, ensuring efficient operations.Work with and represent the Purchasing function with key stakeholders such as Finance Operations.Offer functional and operational management to any corporate or cluster purchasing team, while also providing support to hotel-based purchasing resources across the region.Ensure the implementation and optimal utilization of procurement tools such as BirchStreet and Coupa Smart Spend.
