He/she will be in charge of achieving the revenue targets and the other organizational goals.We are seeking someone with strong business acumen, sales and people management skills who thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys challenging revenue targets.
He/she will possess strong analytical skills and will be a self-starter, able to find solutions without guidance.Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams including Account Executives, Retail, Product and Creative.
Externally, he/she will lead and coach the team to be strategic consultants for their clients and will support them in complex client negotiations with clients and agencies.He/she will leverage his/her experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth.
You will drive execution of team strategy, ensuring that your team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates and other operational quality metrics.Key job responsibilities- Lead and work with the team to achieve revenue targets- Lead and work with the team to achieve other organization's goals- Dive deep into client needs, gather their feedback, identify and drive solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising- Develop the team sales skills, business acumen and ability to generate innovative and challenging insights- Engage with clients supporting your team during negotiations- Engage with Amazon Advertising's leadership team and product/platform leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs;- Hire and develop a world-class team- Conduct resource management, capacity planning and account allocationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client facing roles, with 2+ years experience in people management- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- High level analytical abilities- Ability to establish effective cross team and cross functional partnerships to drive cross-team initiatives- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills- Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders- An ability to deal with ambiguity.
