Overview: The Sr. Manager, Workplace will develop and manage a best-in-class program to enhance our customer and employee experience throughout our growing network of office and manufacturing facilities. The leader will be responsible for the direction, organization, and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The leader will be an ambassador for employee engagement and will collaborate with all levels of leadership within the organization.
Ways you will make a difference:Manages and develops direct staff.Establishes standards and procedures of office operation and interaction that deliver high levels of customer service for employees and customers across the network of facilities.Initiates, plans, organizes, and promotes company events that foster engagement and align to the Company's mission and vision.Manage and coordinate vendor relationships related to the day-to-day activities of the office for Building Management, Utilities, Suppliers, Shipping, etc.Maintain appropriate office services.Maintain office efficiency by planning and supporting modular planning and layout, samples acquisition, office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring the staff have the resources they need to achieve their goals.Create a program that is forward-looking to ensure that the needs of our employees are being met proactively.Support change management initiatives as a member of the broader HR function.Act as an ambassador of the Company's core values.Skills that will make you successful:Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to initiate, manage, and implement change in a growing organization.Ability to drive change with cross-functional team members.Resourceful problem solver with high attention to detail and accuracy.Team building and performance management.Experiences that will support your success:Bachelor's Degree required.5+ years of relevant professional experience with corporate facility management.Experience in large and/or multi-site facility operations.Prior construction and/or facility renovation experience.Oversight or lead role in office construction, office relocations, and lease management.Prior success in leading high performing teams strongly preferred.General operations experience that includes proficiency in vendor management as well as HR, compliance, and security matters.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
