Quality control labs includes Chemical, Microbiological, Rawpack and digital teams;Develop, and continuously keep updated quality control procedures according to GLP/GMP and corporate standards and implement initiatives to continuously improve product quality testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective methods for continuously improve quality compliance culture in QC.Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsTrain and mentor team members to enhance their skills and competenciesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or a related field, or equivalent experience;Proven experience, at least 10 years, in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the aseptic sterile manufacturing sites;Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulationsExceptional leadership and management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Clients and CorporateJoin us at Thermo Fisher Scientific and be part of a dynamic and ambitious organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
