At Dexcom, our Marketing team is dedicated to expanding our reach and driving growth. We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager who will play a key role in implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with our core values and ambitious growth targets. This is a hybrid position: Based in the Milan office 2 days a week. Where you come in: Support distributor and partner needs including brand training and best in class tactical tools for engagement with customers in face to face and remote/digital settings. Manage the development, localisation and deployment of DTC and HCP marketing collateral to ensure campaign effectiveness. Formulate and implement cohesive regional and local marketing plans aligned to business objectives and goals. Use customer segmentation, market data and competitor intelligence to develop optimised multi-channel marketing plans across the region. Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel media strategies (DTC / HCP) across the region including broadcast and digital media. Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes. Provide strong project management/leadership on key communications activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements. Ensure content compliance across the region with relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining a focus on accuracy and credibility while aligning with the brand's overall product strategy. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in the region & leverage learnings through the country marketing plans. Partnering cross-functionally to ensure adequate KOL management. What makes you successful: You bring over 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a medical device or healthcare role. You have experience developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, particularly in a regulated industry. Your deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market enables you to create impactful marketing strategies. Your strong project management skills allow you to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. You are a strategic thinker who can see beyond day-to-day operations to achieve long-term business goals. You have a deep understanding of the CGM category and experience in developing marketing campaigns for consumers and HCPs. You are results-driven and have a track record in healthcare marketing within an international setting. You bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Your proficiency in campaign activation across digital channels is a must. You demonstrate a strategic mindset, capable of aligning marketing plans with long-term business goals. You are experienced in supporting distributors and business partners to execute marketing plans. You possess a strong understanding of the diabetes market and CGM technology. Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13 years of industry experience. 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
