At Dexcom, our Market Access team is focused on expanding our impact and driving growth.
We're seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Senior Market Access Manager to lead innovative strategies that align with our core values and ambitious growth objectives.
Where you come in: Manage a team and lead market access in the countryDevelop and execute overall country market access plansDevelop and implement strategy and plan for CGM reimbursement expansion to new indications in collaboration with EMEA Market accessDevelop strategies to engage with clinical- and patient associations to further reimbursement expansionDrive implementation of value tools from EMEA MA team, and identify opportunities to strengthen local value story/develop new tools through data generation and partnerships with external stakeholdersLead strategies for shaping the tender landscapeEstablish the opportunity for community sales team to execute switch business based on perceived value of rt-CGM.Collaborate with General Manager and regional Sales managers on strategies to open up opportunities locally and regionally to drive an increase in funding of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and therefore increased subsequent use of Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market (largely untapped MDI market)Create and set objectives for team to deliver against the goal of securing market access and drive CGM funding by working with local and national payers and procurement across ItalyHelp support and drive increase in Dexcom market share (sensor sales) enabling Italy to hit national revenue and funded new patient targets in line with company expectations utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and cultureMaximize strategic partnership with other companies to maximize sales for standalone productOptimize the opportunity of Daily use of CRM system in conjunction with TMs and Regional Sales Managers to identify business development opportunities.What makes you successful: Proficiency in EnglishProven ability to work in a matrixSuccessful management of vendors/consultantsIn-depth understanding of the Italian tender landscape/Secondary & Primary care pathways (clinical & funding)Understanding and experience of the Italian regional policy environment and processesUnderstanding of health economic concepts, and experience in using health economic messaging and toolsProven track record for achieving targets and delivering successSound experience of analyzing data including health economic and clinical data – collates, organizes and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information to manage a regionStrong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills trainingCompetent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointUnderstanding of CRM systemsFull driving licenseExperience in the Diabetes market is preferredIn-depth understanding of the HES is preferredWhat you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
