2. 10+ years of professional experience in program, product or operations management
3. 7+ years of professional experience managing teams

Key job responsibilities
1. Build the strategy and execute the operational plan for product safety.
2. Design and improve policies in partnership with Legal, Business, Risk Operations and others to protect our customers.
3. Lead a team of product experts, risk and program managers.
4. Identify and de-risk emerging new product categories and safety trends.
5. Evaluate and implement new product regulation in UK and Europe.
6. Measure and improve the effectiveness of our product controls and safety processes.
7. Engage with regulatory partners and industry associations.
