As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function.
You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies.
Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.
You will report directly to our HR Country Leader and you'll work out of our Porto Sant'Elpidio location.
