Specialized controlling support to Retail Sales, along with the implementation of cost-saving measures and collaboration for process optimization. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:Manage the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow for the retail division.Ensure that all business KPIs are reported in accordance with the company's accounting standards and HQ requirements.Provide professional support for any management decision-making that requires financial evaluation in the retail division.Offer specialized controlling support for the Retail Sales department, including specific processes, applications, and reporting.Implement strong control measures over company assets and develop asset management initiatives as well as cost-saving measures to increase productivity in the retail sector.Collaborate with the retail team to improve key business processes, enhancing financial accuracy and effectiveness.NETWORK OF INTERACTION: Finance, Business retail optical
