For Kärcher Spa sited in Rho (Milan) we are searching for a Sr Ecommerce Key Account Specialist. You will report directly to the Online Sales Director, be an individual contributor (no direct reports), and part of the amazing European Team.
Main activities and duties: Conduct negotiations with Brand Specialists and all counterparts, actively involving the entire e-commerce team.Compile the best possible Customer Plan based on the right assortment, promo, and price.Promote the right stock level to fulfill customer needs and provide the right input in volume planning.Monitor product ratings and define action plans when needed.Collaborate with internal functions and external agencies to create specific media and search plans.Collaborate with Global & Southern-Europe e-commerce Teams to develop the Amazon Strategy.Ensure the right turnover and payment process between Kärcher and Amazon, involving all functions to minimize claims, deductions, and returns.Manage promotions, search activities, and advertising on Amazon.Background: A Bachelor's degree in the area of economic business, commerce, or similar.Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Management with experience in E-commerce channels, direct sales in Marketplaces, and/or brand online shops.Amazon and other pure players experience is a must.Coming from a Marketplace is a plus.Advanced English level, confident in negotiating.
Required competences: Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports (KPIs).Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Understanding of online marketing KPIs.Understanding the global view of an Omnichannel.
