YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Analytics & BI team within the Digital Marketing organization.
The candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to extract meaningful insights from our digital ecosystem, our marketing channels and tools e.g.
Analytics, CRM (contacts and leads acquisition), Marketing automation platform including online events analysis.
She/He will act as an enabler for the internal business stakeholders to optimize digital marketing initiatives and improve the overall performance of our digital ecosystem.
By leveraging expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, the Senior Digital Business Data Analyst will empower stakeholders across the organization to access actionable insights and make informed decisions that contribute to overall business success.
The candidate will also coordinate the analytics self-service channel, by collecting business requirements and transforming them into actionable dashboards in collaboration with the IT department.
In this function, he/she will supervise the business data model (10+ sources) supported by a small team of external specialists that will take care of the front-end development.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies: Proven experience in digital marketing data analysis in the B2B market (web traffic analysis including marketing channels, and attribution and influence models) marketing funnel, contact acquisition and customer journey analysis.
Experience with Analytics solutions: Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g.
Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and data visualization e.g.
PowerBI.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and business metrics in a big corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI) and data query languages (e.g., SQL).
Project Management: Experience managing data projects and delivering results within deadlines.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mathematics or Statistics is preferred, or eventually in Economics or Marketing.
5+ years experience in digital marketing and analytics.
Proven experience in managing a small or medium team of data analysts.
Understanding of machine learning and AI techniques for predictive modeling and data-driven insights is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and solve complex problems through data-driven analysis and critical thinking.
