We are looking for a result-driven, self-starter, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed Sr. Business Developer for Italy. This is an opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon logistics business. You will be joining the team recently launched in Italy and will be responsible for the commercial activity for Enterprise companies, reaching out to new prospects and negotiating with them to onboard in the program. You will also collect market and customer insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers.
You are the ideal candidate if: You are excited to join a developing new start-up.You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment.You have extensive experience developing relationships across functional areas such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Product, and Tax.You have very strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise, and structured manner - particularly in written form.You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing to deliver results.This role will be based in Milan with moderate travel (maximum 25%). Italian speaking is a requirement.
