As Senior Brand Manager you will proactively contribute to draw the Brand Strategy of one of the most iconic brands in Italy and within the Company's portfolio, then drafting and implementing marketing plans for the managed categories.

Your main tasks will be:
Contribute to Brand Strategy's definition, leveraging all the marketing levers and then drafting and implementing your products' Marketing Plan; Portfolio management to identify internal and external areas of opportunities, foresee challenges and act upon them; Proactively lead the Category's growth through 360 innovation (from concept to in-store execution), working closely with the cross functional teams; Recognize business opportunities by interpreting consumers' behaviours and rooted in sell-out or ad-hoc analyses; Manage your own categories' marketing budget; Contribute to Communications Plans – ATL/BTL – definition, by interacting with dedicated agencies.
