This role works with the Associate Manager, Category and Trade Solutions and the broader Italy Commercial Team to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit, and market share.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring Category and Brand performance through sell in and sell out data analysis
- Supporting New Products' launch: from target setting to KPIs tracking, insights and recommendations
- Identification of the Optimal Promo Strategy for the category assigned by channel (sell in and sell out)
- Assessment of Commercial Activities' ROI to provide the Customer Marketing and Sales Team with Insights and Recommendations
- Category Projects (assortment and shelf strategy) developed both by Channel and Ad Hoc for Retailers
- Work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales Team to set and track Annual Commercial Plans
- Monitoring of Trade Margin Pool by customer and category providing recommendations to Key Accounts
- Tracking Sales Execution Compliance with Category and Brand guidelines (identification of gaps by channel/customer on assortment, promo plan, trade spending) and activation of recovery plans
- Creating the Trade Narrative for the Annual Negotiation with Customers
**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing
- 3 to 5 years of combined Sales & Marketing experience with minimum 1 year in Trade Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Solid analytical and numerical skills and an ability to make decisions
- Experience in Promo ROI Evaluation
- Experience in pricing/net revenue management initiatives
- Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across function
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and oral
