SENIOR ANALYST, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS• Location: Arese• Function: FinanceOverview:About the role The primary purpose of this role is to act as a partner for the Business leadership to optimize inventory management and avoid cost.
The role will own the execution of the globally deployed Reporting & Analytics and standard processes and will have day to day interactions with the main stakeholders as well as business leadersAbout the Team/DepartmentThe role will be part of the Europe Global Supply Chain hub, based in Arese, Italy.Responsibilities: Inventory ManagementManaging and improving Inventory reporting (Actuals including comments and projection in partnership with Planning team)Business partner the Planning and business on all inventory related initiativesPrepare EMEA Inventory & Working Capital reviewEnsure Compliance for all Inventory management activities (internal controls, SOAR, Balance Sheet reconciliation, stock counts)Obsolescence ManagementEnhance tracking of write-offs with root cause and data based analysisSupporting End of Life management in Europe and drive obsolescence depletion (together with BIMs / Supply Planning / Business)Drive Process improvements on planning and production for write-offs avoidanceHarmonizing and standardizing Inventory reserve updates across EMEAEnsuring adherence to Global Inventory Management PolicyLead reviews with key stakeholders and presenting to managementLead month-end closing for Sub-Saharan entities ensuring all costs are appropriately recorded, book provisions and create account reconciliations.Experience you'll bring: Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field2 to 4 years finance experience in FP&A role or cost accounting roles preferably with international exposureStrong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPCMobility is a plusFluent in EnglishBehaviors you'll need: Comfortable with presenting, challenging, and working with cross functional teams across geographiesStrong Analytical and Accounting skillsAbility to implement and enforce internal controlsProblem solving attitude and drive for resultsTeamwork and values other, and culturesThis role is not eligible for relocationWhat's in it for you?
