Purpose of the Job The purpose of the Senior Account Manager for Installed Base and Business Development is to drive the growth and retention of Honeywell's business within the existing customer base and to develop new business opportunities in the Italian market.
This role involves creating and executing strategic account plans to protect and expand the installed base, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships at all levels.
The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring their needs are met through Honeywell's solutions and services, and will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and achieve business objectives.
The ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, increase market share, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Requirements Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Engage early in the customer buying process to understand needs and tailor solutions.
Lead Sales Strategy: Drive strategic account planning to align with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
Drive Growth Initiatives: Implement targeted sales campaigns to maximize account growth and revenue.
Develop comprehensive strategies for sustained client account development.
Enhance Customer Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with executive-level decision makers.
Strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized engagement.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate internally to address customer initiatives effectively.
Guide management and executive sponsor interactions to align with AOP goals and support customer success.
