Sports Media Relations Specialist - Maternity

As part of our Consumer and Trade Marketing service this position will report to the PR and Communication Manager and will support the team in the implementation of activities related to the Sport Communication.
**Main activities and accountabilities**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the PR strategies related to strategic sport communication projects
- Operational management and execution of PR activities, tools and press relations
- Identifying new media and influential voices within the market to work with organically
- Supporting in sponsored athletes amplification on press and digital press channels
- Sport competition: supporting on overseeing press lists, press photographers, invitations, logistics, global press strategies
- Supporting in overseeing reporting to ensure that press coverage is monitored and evaluated and show how KPI's are met
- Samples traffic logistics
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
- 2 years of experience in PR roles both in house and agency
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, knowledge of French is a plus
- Excellent command of MS Office and Acrobat DC
- Solid knowledge of the media environment especially related to sport
- Solid experience in using databases and monitoring programs for reporting, press releases distribution and media database management
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open and collaborative attitude
- Keen on sports / sports practice, preferably with a background understanding/interest in competitive swimming
