Your tasks: Part of the customer success team in Italy, your role will be to:

Qualify, prioritise and resolve all requests sent to product support; Manage customer expectations, to optimise the perception of quality in processing; Ensure proactive and exemplary communication with customers and internally (Sales, Projects, Development); Use Freshdesk, Freshcaller and Jira rigorously and optimally; Use all means to resolve all tickets as quickly as possible, while prioritising appropriately; Ensure that tickets are followed up (by email or telephone) vis-à-vis the customer and internal staff; Participate in any assignment or activity entrusted to you by your manager and management. Profile required: Italian native speaker Fluent English Excellent written and spoken communication skills Recruitment process: Everything moves fast at DiliTrust!
