Mission As a leader of Sephora Italy, the most beloved Beauty Community in the world, you will be responsible for: Managing your Floor, corresponding to one or more of the four product categories in our Stores (make-up, skincare, fragrances, Sephora Collection).
Supporting communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
Assisting Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy.
Monitoring and analyzing team KPIs and motivating them to achieve results.
Coordinating commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
Managing inventory while maintaining the correct stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Applying company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communications) established by central services.
Training New Joiners and supporting their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
Background At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key retail KPIs, confidence in budget management, daily analysis, and reporting.
Strong aptitude for team management, guiding them towards objectives and fostering a virtuous team spirit.
