Responsibilities: YOU will be involved in the following tasks:Responsible for the execution of all support projects under their management, including:Defining/refining project scope and project plan following RM-PMP or PTR processManaging timeline, key milestones and budgetIdentifying and deploying resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycleIdentifying fast-fail candidatesPositively engages all key functions and stakeholders, resolves or escalates issues that might put project deliverables at riskSupports in building the project pipeline (create and revalidate Business Cases) by working closely with Procurement, T&I and BL team members and business leadersManages all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Uses robust project management tools to define and refine the project scope, timeline, key milestones, and budget and to manage project risksMonitors regional productivity pipeline and database to ensure accountability and report on regional progress Vs goals (including preparation of reports and presentations to share with regional/functional leadership)Participates in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to deliver team (and business) success in the areas of Productivity and/or PTRsInfluences for impact by partnering closely with Procurement, T&I, CTG, MFG, Quality, Stewardship, P&L and other team leadersMay include other assigned projects to support EM success.
