Specialist Product Management
Overview:
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a wide range of products and services to financial and non-financial institutions and merchants to help them growing their business profitably and differentiate their Mastercard products in the marketplace.
Loyalty Solutions issuer and merchant value propositions include rewards and offers platforms, benefits and insurances, loyalty program management, digital enablement and servicing platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The European Loyalty Division is looking for an individual to join the Rewards & Offers European Team as Specialist.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and handle with all the aspects related to the Rewards Merchant Offer Programs and their market readiness, collaborating with other product managers, loyalty champions, account managers and vendors across Europe.
Role summary:
- Support the Product Manager responsible for the Loyalty Rewards & Offers
Programs at European level in all the queries, changes, improvements and
in rolling out all the new functionalities
- Liaise with Operations to manage the offer launches on a quarterly basis,
check the offer details and proactively intervene in case of any change and
issue, implement new program features and ensure relevant processes are
followed to ensure quality and compliance
- Help identifying potential partners might join the Offer Programs in Europe,
supporting the negotiations, helping in coordinating the internal
stakeholders to raise the offer forecast and signing the contract
- Coordinate the external vendors support the Offer Program in Europe,
guiding them in sourcing relevant offers
- Proactively work with the other Divisions at European and Global level to
identify and address new opportunities related to the Rewards & Offers
Programs and to advocate for new product developments
- Measure and keep track on a regular basis of the offers/products through a
data-driven and KPI-based framework
- Ensure global best practices for Rewards & Offers business are fully and
consistently applied across the European Loyalty Solutions and Divisions
- Good communication and commercial skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to build positive relationship with partners both internally and
externally, at different levels
- Strong analytical skills, structured approach and results oriented
- Good understanding of products management and its principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tough
deadlines
- Project management skills, ability to collaborate with multiple internal
stakeholders at different levels (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal,
Compliance) and to be accurate in planning, organize and deal with the
timing and the tasks of different projects the same time
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel, Power
Point and Word
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics or engineering are preferred
