You will support the site's blue/white collar employees and be a reference point for HR-related requests.Specialist, People Data & Payroll Italy, you will support the People Data & Payroll Specialist team with personnel administration tasks both on-site and remotely.
Your responsibilities will include managing time and attendance, updating payroll records in Workday, and handling employee hires, terminations, and internal moves.
You will also prepare necessary documents and certificates, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with payroll closing periods.
Additionally, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely preparation of payroll reports.You will be reporting to: Manager People Services & Solutions ItalyIn detail you will:Support People Data & Payroll Specialist teamTime and Attendance registration and analysisUpdate payroll records in Workday softwareRegister hirings, terminations, internal movesPrepare documents and certificates for employeesRespond to employee requests dailyAssist in closing periods and payroll tasksPrepare timely payroll reportsContribute to team improvement initiativesQualifications & Requirements:Fluent Italian & very good English skillsHigh school diploma/University degree in Accounting/Finance/HRPrevious experience in payroll administration within a company or an accounting firmProficient use of the main data management applications and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAvailability to travel across company locations in ItalyAttention to detail and customer orientation are keySelf-motivation, great time management and organizational skillsGood communication skillsPlease submit your CV in EnglishWhere you will be:You will be based in our Forli site, which is an important manufacturing facility for Electrolux.
