The Opportunity As a leader at Sephora Italia, the most beloved Beauty Community in the world, you will be responsible for:
Managing your Floor, which corresponds to one or more of the four merchandise categories present in our Stores (make-up, skincare, fragrances, Sephora Collection).
Supporting communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
Assisting Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy.
Monitoring and analyzing team KPIs and motivating them to achieve results.
Coordinating commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
Managing inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Applying company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central services.
Training New Joiners and supporting their growth and development in collaboration with Managers.
Background Requirements include:
At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key commercial KPIs, confidence in budget management, and daily analysis and reporting.
Strong team management skills, guiding the team towards objectives and fostering a positive team spirit.
