We are looking for a:



Specialist IT Security (m/f/x) Where we need you As a Specialist IT Security you will be part of the Security Operation Center (SOC) Team, reporting to the Manager IT Security Global. In this global position, impacting all the Automotive Division, you will have the opportunity to lead all the main initiatives related to IT Security, both from the technical and the organizational aspect.

The SOC team is responsible for discovering vulnerabilities and risks in networks, software systems, and data centers with ongoing vulnerability scans, monitoring network data, and ensuring hardware and software applications are updated. They manage any potential attacks or intrusions that may occur during this time to make sure the client's information is not compromised.

Main responsibilities:

Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements Safeguarding information system assets Implementing security improvements When required, protecting systems by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits Working with the Global and Regional Infrastructure teams, to ensure the upgrading of the network and infrastructure systems Implement and maintain security controls Identify and solve potential and actual major security problems Being an escalation point for the IT Operations, Global Infrastructure, and Business departments in case of IT Security issues Keep the management informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status Maintain quality service by following organization standards Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Coordination of the key-users team, to coach, monitor, and support the IT Operations area in perceiving the security tasks How to convince us Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred), Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience with: systems administration and/or design; managing and troubleshooting VoIP networks; Routers and Switch design and support in a large global environment Extensive experience in enterprise data center or a multi-site environment and with large remote office routing and switching Must be able to take a consultative/partner approach with clients and work with minimal supervision on difficult assignments Ability to lead and manage projects in a global and multi-site organization Excellent knowledge of English Cisco, HP, Palo Alto and ITIL certifications are considered a plus Willingness to travel Well-developed interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving thinking, ability to plan efficiently the workload, ability to prioritize work cohesion and encourage collaboration within the team complete the profile.
