**IT Management Specialist**

**We will count on you to**:
- Works on a portfolio of strategic change initiatives, overseeing the regional delivery of global change and improvement initiatives that impact the service delivered;
- Works on detailed regional project plans, including objectives, milestones, KPIs, risk/issue logs, financial impact tracking, and reporting packs;
- Supports the implementation of a claims management strategic solution on Continental Europe;
- Delivers this solution to several CE countries with a special focus o France;
- Completes analysis and identifies opportunities for improvements to the business model or management of the function, documenting and presenting a business case for change and assessing financial or resource impact as required;
- Engages with Regional leads as key stakeholders and collaborates closely with their management teams to ensure plans are aligned to business requirements and resource availability;
- Escalates strategic issues and requests through management.
**What you need to have**:
- A degree in relevant field;
- 5 to 7 years of experience within IT delivery projects;
- English and Italian language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Agile, Gira and Microsoft Project;
- Have experience with project management and have a problem solver mindset.
