The role:
You will deliver security operations for the designated Client Program. You will develop a strategy to identify risks by setting up systems for monitoring and auditing information, assessing security data related to personnel, encouraging staff awareness, conducting assurance tests, and supporting both internal and external audits.
You will work in cooperation with the Corporate Security, Cyber Defense, Cyber Threat Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management teams to bolster capabilities in preventing, detecting, responding to, and rectifying security threats, and you will report to the Local Leader.
What you need to have:
Prior experience supporting e-commerce or retail programs in a contact center environment. Prior experience with implementation and maintenance of security practices in a production environment, handling sensitive information in line with contact center security requirements. Prior experience conducting risk assessments of a program, creating and driving remediation plans to closure. Prior experience conducting information security activities, including security education and driving awareness. Ability to maintain and enhance compliance with customer security requirements. Capability to lead internal assessments for the program, covering all aspects of customer requirements at the expected periodicity. Ability to provide incident management support to the global security team. Technical knowledge to prepare for and lead customer assessments and bring prompt closures of corrective action plans. Nice to have:
Industry accredited certifications like CISSP / CISA / CISM / CIPP / CEH / ISO 27001. Familiarity with common frameworks and data privacy regulations such as GLBA, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and law enforcement guidelines. Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic checks and provide governance on physical security controls as per contract. Manage fraud incidents and drive fraud prevention activities. Conduct ongoing vulnerability assessments of the program. Review security logs, physical access, and CCTV recordings. Remediate and close Client audit and assessment findings. Provide incident management support to the Global Security team. Maintain and improve on existing controls to ensure compliance with Client security requirements.
