Here is an insight into your day-to-day work: Together with your team, as an interface you will support transport companies worldwide in the introduction and use of our software solutions in the field of data analytics and automatic passenger counting - for this you will be in constant and close contact with our colleagues from development Your focus is on analyzing and resolving faults in our individual customer environments You will also independently implement change requests as part of our customer projects You support the planning of deliveries (installations, updates, patches) of our software solutions and roll them out on customer systems You will be an important part of our agile team, working with colleagues and other specialist departments to carry out complex error analyses in order to continuously improve the quality of our systems You will primarily work with the following technologies and systems SQL, Java, PL/SQL, Oracle, C# .NET, REST, Microsoft Windows Server, microservice architectures, broker technologies and Docker / Kubernetes on Linux This is you: You have completed a degree in IT or have acquired your technical expertise through practical (professional) experience Good knowledge of Java, SQL and .NET is required Knowledge of the Oracle environment, especially PL / SQL, is an advantage Fluency in German and English will help you in technical exchanges with colleagues and customers Ideally, you already have some experience with cloud and real-time technologies and can contribute this or would like to acquire it in the medium term Do you like to get actively involved, find team play important and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others?
