To exceed our growth objectives we are selecting a **Spare Parts & Warranty Specialist **managing EMEA market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to manage automotive Spare Parts order flow interacting with international B2B aftersales parts customers, providing quotations, offers and managing invoicing flow
- Relationship with internal actors to verify and report expenses and revenues updating specific KPIs
- Ability to verify warranties provided by dealers/distributors network and simple diagnosis
- Coordinating and handling the execution of recall campaigns and monitoring progress
**Who are we looking for**:
- Automotive aftersales experience
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English, used daily in the company at all levels
- Attitude for planning and attention to detail
- Precise, organized and pretending the same level of attention from his co-workers
- Search for continuous improvement from a customer perspective
- Attitude for changes in the scope of duties and team collaboration in a rapidly evolving context
- Excellent knowledge of the main IT systems (Microsoft Office, Conferencing software, etc)
- Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
- Agility to work in complex and fluid environments with tight deadlines
