Under broad supervision, develops the organization's After Sales services with whome the company does little or no business currently. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
- You are responsible to ensure that PAC lifecycle is managed from cradle to grave. Your cooperation with R&D and Technical support is key to successfully identify spare parts and opportunities for e.g. kitting, consumables, etc.
- You make sure that all the spare parts master data are organised and timely managed, so that they can support the business development. You are an active contributor to the review / design of the master data for PAC.
- You are responsible for the pricing and positioning of PAC, according to the market best practices and the company's long-term growth targets in terms of both Net Sales and Contribution Margin
- You work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to promote PAC(S) as an integral part of Angelo Po's value offering to its partners and customers
- You organise promotional, seasonal, campaign as needed
- You are an active and knowledgeable promoter of the digital transformation of the company and favour the introduction of digital tools that can support the development of your area of responsibility
- You work closely with Purchasing to identify opportunities of savings on the cost-side
- You work closely with the Spare Parts WH Manager to ensure the level of NOWC in the warehouse is optimised to reach the requested service level to partners and customers
- You work closely with the Spare Parts WH Manager on the yearly analysis of obsolescence and write-offs and initiate the discontinuation of parts
- You explore the market to identify possible strategic alliances. You formulate a possible plan for development and follow-through when approved
- You proactively collect feedback from partners and customers in regards to the PAC delivery and turn them into an operational plan, that you formulate and follow-through when approved
- You regularly report to the Global After Sales Manager and Management Team on the KPIs of your area of responsibility. To this end, you master the company IT system and are able to extract and elaborate data as needed

In this position you will be reporting to the Global After Sales Manager
The main objective of this role, it to support the development of the After Sales business, focussing on Spare Parts, Accessories, and Consumables (PAC). A contribution to the development of additional Services will also be required.
In detail, your area of responsibility will cover (not limited to):
- PAC lifecycle and master data management
- PAC pricing and positioning
- PAC Net Sales and Contribution Margin management
