ABOUT THE JOB
This role oversees the management of spare parts orders and provides the Italian and foreign Partners and customers with all the necessary information (spare parts availability and prices, lead times, delivery times, shipments, etc.).
It also includes the management of spare parts returns and the update of the customers' master data in the Electrolux ERP.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Spare parts quotations/proforma invoices/orders entering and management according to the existing Company's policy and rules and in coordination with the Logistics, Spare parts warehouse, Accounting and Customer Care offices/service managers, if that's necessary.
- Informing the Italian and foreign Partners and customers about all the required information about the orders shipments (documents, data, delays), being daily in touch with Spares Planning, Logistics, Accounting and spare parts warehouse' teams.
- Daily management of admin issues with customers.
- Spare parts returns entering and management, when it's required.
- Daily Spare parts order confirmation conditions' control, and calculation of the commissions and/or other compensations, when applicable;
- Daily strict sales orders management and monitoring with special control of the spare parts with delayed delivery (keeping continuously in touch with the Spares Planning office).
- Customers' master data maintenance.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar position or function are preferable.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive.
Good multitasking & time management skills
- A team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, both in the office and warehouse
- Order processing and invoicing experience
- Languages: Italian and fluent English
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner.
- Client and service minded
