Customer relationship to promote proper an adequate level of service and support to partners, distributors and roasters / Key Accounts.
Ensure maintenance and coordination of weekly and monthly reporting for Business Spare Parts KPIs.
Ensure market presence and participation in industry trade shows nationally and internationally Govern the process of defining price lists for spare parts for all Group product lines and brands in compliance with company distribution policies for all Group Brands; Collaborate in Service contract management for spare parts policies and procurement process.
Ensure as project leader the redesign of internal processes related to spare parts and business model Ensure an adequate customer spare parts order book in compliance with corporate distribution spare parts's policy, in collaboration with SC & CS.
Managing certified spare parts portal, maintaining and updating products and service levels in collaboration with materials management, ATC, and Logistics functional management of the spare parts ERP system.
Who You Are & What You Bring: Great educational background, possibly a bachelor's degree in economics and communications, Engineering; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Ability to analyze and interpret data and create reports used to provide insight to key stakeholders.
Experience in teamworking; well traveled on business development at multi-level team and business development.
Searching for solutions; Problem solving & project management skills; Good mix of passion, insight, curiosity, lateral thinking and a rational; Familiarity with numbers to be able to read and handle a P&L or a performance report; Strong mental agility & curiosity; Communication and Collaboration/Relation skills to lead and manage internal and external stakeholder; You are waiting for an international, historical context where every person is important and can make a difference.
