Service Team Leader
**Your responsibilities**:
- Cooperate with R&D, Engineering and Service dept.
in the definition of spare part kits (Bill of Materials).
- Coordinate factory process for spare part creation: manufacturing, suppliers, lead time, logistic.
- Preemptive test of service procedures in the factory workshop.
- Support field operations and sales team in identifying needed parts.
- Collect feedback from field operations to promote improvements.
- Maintain and consolidate the master spare part list.
- Prepare field mounting instructions.
- Be active part in the development of new tools and procedures to be adopted in day-to-day service operations.
**Your background**:
- Engineering Degree (Electric, Electronics or similar).
- Fluent Italian, good knowledge of technical English.
- Proficient with Windows based systems and Office suite.
