**In this role you will be**:
- Building a thorough understanding of data labeling conventions and provide support to global teams.
- Localizing established guidelines from English into Spanish.
- Improving deployed grammars by expanding coverage, accuracy, and eliminating bugs.
- Delivering high quality data output under aggressive deadlines.
- Working autonomously with minimum direction.
- Handling unique data analysis requests from a range of data customers.
- Contributing to process improvements to reduce handling time and improve data output.
- Diving deep into issues and implement solutions independently.
- Providing expertise in data quality and process efficiency to support other team members.
In addition, the Spanish Data Linguist will need to quickly understand changes in response to customers' requests and change workflows accordingly.

- Experience with command line interfaces and basic UNIX commands.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs.
- Business level (B2 or above) fluency in English and in at least one language between Italian, French, German.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
