This role reports directly to the General Manager of the Hotel and cooperates with the external RSPP.
Responsibilities The SPA Manager will be responsible for the efficient operations of the SPA department by coordinating a team of therapists, cosmetologists, masseurs, pool runners, sports trainers, hairdressers and SPA receptionists, providing holistic wellness, beauty treatments and services, overseeing the overall smooth SPA running and efficiency.
The SPA Manager will guarantee that every day-by-day SPA processes, standards and procedures are implemented, provided and maintained at the highest level in every corner of the SPA.
The SPA Manager will develop the SPA team, assure all administration duties (e.g., but not limited to time scheduling, cost control and supplies) are well maintained and effective.
The SPA Manager will assist in welcoming and orientating customers, SPA reservations, always with the top level of hospitality and professionalism, consenting special requests if possible.
