Job Role: Responsible for supporting the Spa and Wellness process and operation at Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability in accordance with brand standards, including a concentrated focus on LQA Standards, by ensuring quality and attention to detail. Some of the job functions of the successful candidate include: Assist with the management and supervision of the Spa and associated services and work closely with the Director of Spa and Wellness to maximise revenue. Manage and monitor Spa and Wellness reservations, training, and Guest Response processes. Manage daily reservation processes and operations to include, but not limited to group blocks, occupancy, department management and policy and procedure implementation and enforcement. Manage the department's adherence to achieving financial profitability. Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotions, operational issues, and special events. Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, professional development, and delivering recognition. Manage and maintain standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and controls. Requirements: Certification / Diploma / Licence in Aesthetics or Physiotherapy Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hospitality environment Hands-on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body therapies Experience in cosmetics sales will be considered an advantage Excellent knowledge of conversational English Polished communication and customer service skills User-level computer skills Knowledge of LQA standards will be considered a plus Benefits: Working for such an extraordinary hotel is the opportunity to build a career with a real sense of pride and caring, in an environment that embraces the essence of the art of hospitality.
