We are looking for a Sous Chef for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Executive Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities: Assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen brigade and in creating and preparing menus Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar Compliance with quality and service standards
