An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a renowned full dining restaurant.
Our establishment, located in Portanuova, one of the main business districts in Milan, offers a relaxed and seasonal Mediterranean menu for both lunch and dinner.
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, supervising and developing the team.
You will also help in menu creation and development, considering the seasonality of ingredients.
We expect our Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and delivery, maintain effective communication across all kitchen sections, and meet targets related to payroll and food costs.
Compliance with health and food safety policies is also essential.
