Sourcing Specialist_Bulk /Dg Beauty

We are looking for a new Resource: Sourcing Specialist - Bulk/Formula to join DG Sourcing Team, reporting to the Sourcing Manager The Resource is responsible of handling scouting, contracting, pricing analysis, sampling and negotiation for its own category suppliers' portfolio, to negotiate the best purchasing conditions in support to the Marketing, as internal customer, for the new-launch strategies on all distribution markets world-wide for following Category's Suppliers Portfolio:
Third Party Manufacturer (TPM) – project management, commercial negotiation, technical evaluation and approval
In particular the new Resources will:
Monitor the reference market to scout for new potential supply sources and be the leading guide of their evaluation and onboarding processNegotiate and renovate Commercial Agreements with reference category's suppliersLead the tenders for the launch of new products with the involved suppliers, in response of Marketing and Go-To-Market plans. Negotiate the best conditions in terms of innovation, timing and pricing with the involved suppliers.Monitor and strategically intervene on spending of reference Category suppliers, to ensure their most sustainable and mutually convenient growthKeep a constant eye on category portfolio's best balance in terms of production capacities and suppliers' potentials and specialties, to ensure the involvement of the best players per each new projectWork for priorities, matching the pace of project timings, cooperating in synergy with all other internal stakeholdersRequirements Degree in Economics or equivalentPrior experience (at least 3-4 years) in Cosmetic field, dealing with either European and Asian SuppliersExcellent use of MS Excel and strong analytical skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishSolid negotiation skillsBest attitude for multitasking and to interface with several internal stakeholdersProactive attitudeFlexibility and attitude to change and influence the change
