We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our amazing team of professionals in HIAB.As Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for identification, tracking and implementation of cost saving actions. You will be accountable to create, develop and execute sourcing activities.This role could be based in Italy, Spain, Ireland or Poland and reports to our Category Manager Powertrain, Plastics and Fixings.Main tasks and responsibilitiesIdentification, development and execution of the sourcing activities across whole-Hiab spendSuccessful cross-functional participation in New Product Development, Supplier relationship Management (SRM), early supplier involvement and selection with technology developmentLead the QAP process with support of Category Supplier DevelopmentIdentifying, tracking and implementing cost saving actionsDevelop open book costings, budgets and raw material forecasting for the suppliers within scopeEvaluate and develop the supply baseContract negotiation including payment term, quality/warranty/logistics annexes and raw material indices.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in engineering or similar area4+ years relevant global industrial experience in sourcing roles Experience in working with large suppliers with global multi-site footprint and managing supplier relations and negotiationsProject management, cross-functional improvement teams and supplier development programs Experience in using ERP systems will be considered as an advantageBCC/LCC Sourcing in EMEA and APACExcellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills Fluency in English - both written and spokenYou will be part ofWe offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
