Sourcing Operations Specialist - Italian & Spanish Speaking

As a Sourcing Operations Specialist - Italian Spanish Speaking, you will be responsible for performing standard operational sourcing activities within given guidelines and procedures.
You will get involved in sourcing initiatives aiming at constantly improving processes, achieving financial goals and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.At INNIO we offer you:A fast-growing international business environmentBeing part of a young, supportive and enthusiastic teamLearning opportunities, other development opportunities to craft your career pathHybrid working model - Home office opportunity with flexible arrangements possible according Italia working rulesIn this role, your tasks will be:Work closely with strategic buyers, the service department, quality, and A/P operations to ensure smooth running of day-to-day businessPerform procurement tasks, including sourcing attribute maintenance, request for quotation, purchase order placement and sourcing invoice hold and issue resolutionMaintain supplier master data as well as initiate new supplier onboarding workflowsProvide functional support to internal customers, ensuring business strategies are followed through working closely with the local Sourcing leader and supplier baseDefine and negotiate pricelist for smaller activitiesBuild relationship with suppliers by on site visits and face to face meetingsDefine forecast for our specific service activities (Turbochargers, Generators, Heat exchangers, etc.
)Your Profile:Completed university studies in Business or Engineering or relevant or a high school diploma and equivalent knowledge/experienceFoundational knowledge of guidelines, practices, and procedures within sourcing function, previous work experience in procurement is an advantageFluency in Italian, Spanish and English (both verbally and in written)Experience with ERP and data management tools (Oracle knowledge is a plus)Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skillsAbility to organize, assess and prioritize tasksTeam Player mentality and willingness to continuous learning and developmentThe search respects the legislative decree 198/2006 and is open to people of any gender expression, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, and religious belief.
