Sourcing Excellence process Driver Contract Type Permanent Country ITALY Location Parma Your opportunity Analyse, define and implement the most efficient processes , tools, methodologies, and performance metrics, through a continuous improvement approach, fostering inter-functional collaboration, enduring the compliance with internal/external regulations, to drive simplification and standardization.
Your Mission Support and/or drive the simplification and standardization, according to road-map, of Strategic Sourcing Processes assigned, securing consistency and alignment with Company Transformation programs and compliance with other domains' processes. Contribute and/or lead the Digitalization journey of Strategic Sourcing, identifying improvement opportunities including tool-kits, methodologies, trainings and programs for innovate the current operational activities. Contribute to process and procedure appliccability and improvement. Performance and Compliance KPIs harmonization and consolidation reporting. Maintain and update master data in Synertrade and SAP for equipment, spare parts, and suppliers. Effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your Profile Levelof education and languages: Bachelor's degree Mandatory Language skills: English fluent Optional Language skills: French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage Required experience and skills: Proactive work mentality Analytical mindset and problem solving oriented Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
