Sourcing Excellence - Internship

**Position**:
Within the central "sourcing excellence" team of Bulgari SpA (Roma), and part of worldwide sourcing organization, contributes to align sourcing strategies, processes and projects with the overall objectives of the company; helping to identify business needs / requirements and manage the risks and change management that are inherent in the sourcing processes.
The ultimate goal: "a more agile, modern, competitive and efficient business management".
Main Accountabilities
- Support to data gathering activities for ireland, india, South Pacific in view of the implementation of the procurement platform
- Spending reporting by purchasing category, by vendor and by country for the purposes of the Risk mapping required by LVMH
- Management and assignment of technical profiles on the platform (management of sensitive users and protection of the segregation of duties)
- Formalization of the KPIs relating to the indirect purchasing process
- Support the definition of purchasing trainings: scope/timing/priorities
- Management of the organizational master data of the purchasing platforms
**Profile**:
Required skills
- University Degree in Finance / Economics / management engineering (or related disciplines)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Basic knowledge of SAP/SRM/SaaS
- A similar experience within a corporation or a consulting firm is a plus
