**Position**:
Within the central "sourcing excellence" team of Bulgari SpA (Roma), and part of worldwide sourcing organization, contributes to align sourcing strategies, processes and projects with the overall objectives of the company; helping to identify business needs / requirements and manage the risks and change management that are inherent in the sourcing processes.
The ultimate goal: "a more agile, modern, competitive and efficient business management".
**Main Accountabilities**
- Transversal projects management, Innovative solutions to business
- Support and assess the implications of new solutions on purchasing processes to business.
Define the requirements and quantify the business benefits.
Cooperate in managing the deployment of change, taking into account structural and cultural issues.
Maintain business and process continuity throughout change, monitoring the impact, taking any required remedial action and refining approach.
- Support in measuring the effectiveness of existing purchasing processes and procedure, maturity level.
Assist in researching and benchmarking purchasing process design from a variety of sources.
Follow a systematic methodology to implement process or technology changes to measurable business benefit.
- Attend periodical meeting with different business functions, to analyze and assess different purchasing categories and ensure effective and efficient use of purchasing processes and information systems through adequate KPI.
- Operationally support both the development and the implementation of projects.
Define activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skill needs, interfaces and budget.
- Support internal control and external audits action plan and any compliance requirement.
**Profile**:
**Required skills**
- 3 years of experience
- University Degree in Finance / Economics (or related disciplines)
- A similar experience within a corporation or a consulting firm is strongly preferred
- Advanced Level SAP/SRM, SaaS (Ivalua as a plus, Ariba, Jaggaeretc)
- Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
- Strong communication skills
