Manages the delivery timeline and budget (if required) of tools and process implementation and improvement projects.
Lead Change Controls Boards – work with key stakeholders, manage conflict of opinion and drive solutions to optimize tools and community satisfaction.Supports users by helping diagnose issues, running training sessions and being a go-to person for tools support within EMEA SDSupport other SD Ops team members/initiatives to ensure the best outcome for all team initiatives.
Develops and updates tools where required.Communicates EMEA needs and prioritizes bugs and enhancements of the group's tools to tool owners.Deliver allocated SD operations projects on time and on budgetLead the projects from scope / requirements definition to user acceptance / training Lead and monitor gathering of feedback and change controls boards for implemented tools and define future developments based on this feedbackCollaborate with functional and global teams to support the delivery of global and regional costing-related priorities and to drive competitiveness and innovation.
Resolve complex operational-related matters, facilitate relationships and always act with integrityProactively recommend solutions to improve performance and execution of the processes within SD Drive exchange of ideas, developments and wishes out of the community.Interface to global roles, such as GSO and GPS where required.Interact with other EMEA communities to drive harmonization across SD EMEAQualifications & Experience:Experience in a global, fast-paced, innovative, engineering/technology company.Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact.Analytical skills using Excel, SQL database and Power BIDemonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of stakeholdersAble to navigate competing priorities, flexible and capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environmentAgile/Scrum experience would be helpful for the roleCustomer focus and ability to deliver resultsUnquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence
